I tried several ways to coordinate my cell phone information with my computer. This is the best. And free. I cannot rate "support," because I have not needed any.

I have been using MyPhoneExplorer for many years now. I'm amazed at how good it is and the updates make it even better. It's great to download my messages, contacts and other items to my PC for backup. It also makes moving files between my PC and my Android (and vice versa) a snap. I swear, Franz Josef Wechselberger is a software god! I always tell my friends who are frequent phone & PC users to be sure to download this program. I'd give it 10 stars if the scale went higher! And, I can't believe it's still free (hope I don't jinx it with that comment). Really, I can't say enough great things about this software. Get it, you'll be glad.

The most useful app to keep your contacts backed up to Outlook and in sync. Especially like the ability to sync documents and photos. Well supported and problem free.

One of my favorite Android tools. This helps me back up my phone (and port it to a new platform when necessary). Once I understood how to use it (over WiFi in my case), it has always been reliable and predictable, across at least 5 mobile phones.

I have been using the program for over 9 years. I recommend it, the most reliable and practical tool!
